What it does

Four simple tools for your own pace.

Peak You is built around four ideas. There’s no streak shame, no social feed, no leaderboard. Use it daily, occasionally, or whenever it feels right.

01 · Habits

Daily checklist

Add, reorder, and toggle your own habits. Set which weekdays each one applies to, and an optional start date so it only counts from a chosen day onward.

02 · Photos

Progress photos

Capture before/after photos that live in private app storage — not your public camera roll. Add notes, tags, and time labels to each one.

03 · Compare

Side-by-side view

Pick any two photos and compare them with a slider, side-by-side, or vertical view. Fine-tune zoom and alignment, then save the comparison or share it.

04 · Trends

Visual heatmap

See completion rates by month or year, perfect-day counts, current and longest streaks, and a year-style consistency heatmap for each habit.

Privacy first — really.

Habits, photos, and saved comparisons live in a SQLite database on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a Peak You backend. Photos use private app storage rather than your public camera roll unless you explicitly import. Subscriptions go through Apple’s billing — we never see your payment details.
