- Cheat-code content is bundled with the App — no network lookups for reference content.
- Favorites and personal notes (if you use them) are stored only on your device.
- The App does not use the camera and does not request location.
- Removing the App deletes your local data.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information, accounts, usage analytics, or location data. Care Codes has no server of its own and does not require sign-up.
Permissions
Care Codes does not request camera, microphone, location, or contacts permissions. Core features work entirely with on-device content and local storage.
Content (No Network Lookups)
Rights/coverage scripts, resources, and checklists are bundled with the App and do not require a network connection to browse or search. Opening an external source link or resource website uses your device browser at your request; that browsing is between you and the third-party site.
Data Storage
Favorites and optional personal notes are stored locally on your device (for example via platform private storage such as AsyncStorage). Export kits you generate are written as local files that you may choose to share through the system share sheet — nothing is uploaded by the App itself.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your favorites, notes, or other App data. The App does not transmit your saved items to our servers.
Purchases
Care Codes Plus (optional, one-time unlock) is handled by RevenueCat via the App Store / Google Play. Those purchase transactions are processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat under their own privacy policies; Care Codes receives only an anonymous entitlement status, not your payment details.
Security
We use the platform's private app storage and standard on-device protections. If your device is compromised, data may be accessible.
Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored App data.
