Not Medical or Legal Advice
Care Codes provides educational navigation help about administrative, billing, coverage, and rights topics, including example scripts and links to public resources. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of coverage or outcomes. Always confirm details with your own health plan, provider, or a licensed professional.
Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it in any unauthorized manner.
User Content
Favorites and personal notes you create in the App are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own content. Export kits are generated on-device and shared only if you choose to share them.
Bundled Content
Reference content (cheat codes, resources, and checklists) is bundled with the App. Laws, coverage rules, and organizational details can change; the App may lag behind current practice. Source links are provided so you can verify information.
Purchases
Care Codes Plus is an optional, one-time in-app purchase processed by the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. Purchases are subject to the refund and billing policies of the storefront you purchased through.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by bite-sized-app and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy or completeness of any bundled reference content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bite-sized-app will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any medical, legal, coverage, or financial decision made in reliance on information shown in the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date when changes occur.
